this kind of stuff and decide to go elsewhere. The point is it is not getting them any more buisness and servering any future sales from this guys freinds who geuss what probly have similar cars and similar intrest in aftermarket parts. The problem is everyone is willing to let there rep go down when they can try a bit harder. This world is disgusting with the lack of human decision and is left to lengthy contracts to hide behind. And there are still companies that will do the right thing outside the norm to give a customer satisfaction. This crap is like one big vending machine with about a 30% chance your gunna get your money stuck in it with your bag of fxcking chips just dangling there and only machines and contracts to help you just get it stuck in there even more when you try to get it out.
